Watercolor Painting, Coloring, & Sharing(virtual) – Endwright Center, Ellettsville, IN

Bring any craft or painting project to work on and socialize with other members. Sing for Joy! Dementia-Friendly Community Choir (virtual) – Endwright Center, Ellettsville, IN

Every Wednesday from 2:45-4 pm. Cost: free. Bloomington’s senior community choir SING FOR JOY! is ZOOMING. During this time of social distancing it is more important than ever to provide a musical format for people to keep singing, enriching the mind, body, and spirit. Our ZOOM SING FOR JOY! sessions are open to the public and ALL are welcome each Wednesday from 2:45 – 4:00pm. Backpacking Series: What’s in your pack?, Brown County Bikes, 185 South Jefferson Street Nashville, IN

In this workshop we will lay out the contents of a fully loaded backpack for the group to see & discuss, as well as construct a tent. We will then review participant’s packs and discuss group gear options such as water filters, stoves, cook kits, etc. Then we will check out the DNK Presents gear library & generate a list of gear needed by participants. After a break for lunch there will be an optional hike with our packs in Brown County together.

Workshop Schedule:
10 a.m. – 12 p.m., “What’s in your pack?” workshop
12 p.m., Lunch (bring your own or join us for lunch at a local restaurant in the town of Nashville, Indiana)
1 – 2 p.m., Hike in Brown County – exact trail TBA
