Spooky D&D Club (Ages 12-19)

Drop in, adventure through fantastic realms, then leave when you want! These sessions of Dungeons and Dragons are designed to be short, fun, and evolving adventures that anyone can play. All skill levels are welcome! Ages 12–19.

SING FOR JOY! Fall Festival of Song

After zooming since March of 2020, the SING FOR JOY! Community Choir we will once again be meeting in person beginning Wednesday, October 6 at 3:00pm, meeting at the Endwright East Community Center in College Mall.

Open House and Free Meditations at Kadampa Meditation Center Bloomington

Kadampa Meditation Center Bloomington is opening its doors to visit. Free 15-minute guided meditations at 10:15am, 10:45am, 11:15am and 11:45am — everyone is welcome — no meditation experience necessary!

KMC Bloomington’s Bookstore sells books from Tharpa Publications written by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. These books reveal the entire Buddhist path to enlightenment with titles suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Tharpa Publications is a non-profit corporation that publishes the works of the renowned Buddhist Meditation Master – Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Venerable Geshe-la has published 23 books which range from accessible introductory works to highly acclaimed commentaries on the most profound aspects of Sutra and Tantra.

Shop hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-1pm and Saturdays from 10am-12pm.

Middle Way House 2021-2022 Wrapped in Love Public Art Display Yarn Cutting Celebration

Help Middle Way House celebrate 50 years in the community and the beginning of the annual Wrapped in Love Public Art Display outside of the Monroe County Courthouse lawn to show a deep appreciation to the sponsors, fabric artists, and volunteers that made this event possible. That being Volunteer Event Chair, Erin Hollinden, the fabric artists, and current sponsors for all their support!
