A guided creative movement class that benefits physical and mental health by leading participants into their mind-body connection at the Bodyworks Studio inside Fountain Square Mall, Suite 122.

Instead of having a mind-set that can lead to excessive self-criticism and discouragement, which blocks our capacity for learning and authentic spiritual growth. Explore methods to overcome this limited perspective in this workshop. This can be practiced by anyone, regardless of background and belief.  Absolutely everyone is welcome; no previous meditation experience is needed.
