Indiana a Bellwether for Midterm Senate Brawl

Indiana federal candidates have spent over $44 million cumulatively on Midterm elections. Fatal Shooting at Eagle Pointe Golf Resort

A fight at a Halloween party over the past weekend left one dead and one seriously injured, in Bloomington. According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department, three people were shot at a party at Eagle Pointe Golf Resort, on Lake Monroe, one of them fatally. Trump Condemns Pittsburgh Gunman at Indianapolis FFA Convention

President Donald Trump was in Indianapolis over the weekend. Trump was speaking to the annual Future Farmer’s of America convention. The nonpartisan organization provides technical and agricultural training for an estimated 600,000 members across the country. No Trick-Or-Treating for Local Sex Offenders

Sex offenders on probation in Bloomington and Monroe County will attend a mandatory movie screening on Halloween. Operation “Safe Halloween” is a collaboration between the local probation department and the Department of Corrections. As WFHB Correspondent Annie Aguiar reports, the mandatory meeting lasts during Bloomington’s trick-or-treat hours, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
