Gov. Holcomb Signs Hate Crimes Bill into Law

Senate Bill 198 originally covered controlled substances in penal facilities. In late March, the bill was amended by the House Committee on Courts and Criminal Code. Hoosiers Can No Longer Vote on Superintendent
