Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb announced his proposed state budget today; Sen. (R-Indiana) Mike Braun proposed a bipartisan bill that would prevent members of Congress from being paid during a government shutdown; The majority of Bloomington Common Council members voiced their support last night for designating the Maple Heights neighborhood a Historic Conservation District; The Monroe County Council has appropriated $2.4 million to expand the Monroe County Youth Service Bureau facilities.
