The IDEM advises dogs do not play in the water and that humans avoid swallowing any water. According to the Indiana Daily Student, Brad Clapper, a resident of Judah, Indiana, drove his SUV through a protest group affiliated with the Anti-Fascists, protesting the presence of Schooner Creek Farm at the Bloomington Farmers Market. During Bloomington’s budget hearing on August 19th, Mayor John Hamilton presented his plan for the 2020 budget. Starting August 26th, the officials will consider a rate increase for sewer customers belonging to the City of Bloomington Utilities.
