New York Times bestselling author and screenwriter Michael Koryta will talk about and sign his latest book (written under the pen name of Scott Carson). Joining him will be Bob Zaltsberg, the legendary former editor of the Herald-Times.

St. Agnes Church Christmas Bazaar

The St. Agnes Church Christmas Bazaar in Nashville, Brown County, Indiana will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, November 5th, and Saturday, November 6th, 9:00 to 4:30 p.m., 2021.

The Church is located at 1008 McLary Road, just west of town off of Helmsburg Road. Watch for the sign on the hill.

Events include the raffle of a hand-quilted, full-size quilt in the Ohio Star pattern, Christmas items, jewelry, figurines, gift items, papercrafts and gift cards, and homemade baked goodies from Grandma’s Kitchen.

There will also be a silent auction of decorated table top trees and themed gift baskets with buy now prices. This year there will also be a collectibles table featuring Waterford Christmas items, Longaberger Baskets and a Shirley Temple doll.

Come for lunch and visit our hot dog stand which will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visit the home page of our website  for additional information. (The quilt raffle is a charity-gaming exempt event approved by the IGC.)

STEM Saturdays for Families, Topic: Chemistry

Join WonderLab in the WonderGarden as we learn about chemistry through a variety of activities. This all-ages program is a chance for families and friends to take risks and learn together. Activities are designed as open-ended challenges that can engage all levels of experience and scientific background. Practice STEM skills such as defining & problem solving, exploring cause & effect, and the collaborative process. This program is free with purchase of Museum Admission.
