This feature includes an Indiana Environmental Reporter story about steel mill pollution in Northwest Indiana. Two midwestern advocacy groups have claimed the company that owns these mills have self-reported more than 100 clean water act violations, and yet state and federal agencies have not taken actions against the violations.
