News Brief – November 3, 2020

2,951 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Indiana on Monday, according to the Indiana State Department of Health. There were 50 newly reported deaths. As of this morning, only 3 counties in Indiana are BLUE counties, according to the ISDH website’s county metrics, which indicates low community spread.
