As Black History month comes to an end, host Louis Malone discusses the founding, function, and future of the criminal justice system here in Indiana and across the nation with William Glick of the Indiana Juvenile Justice Task Force, Inc. and  scholar-activist Dr. Judah Schept, Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice at Eastern Kentucky University.  Unfortunately, the criminal justice system in the United States of America and the African American community have a lot of connections in modern society.  The discussion today with two experts in the field explores why this has come to be and what the effect of mass incarceration has been on the juveniles and adults caught up in this system.
