Campaign for Higher Cigarette Taxes in Indiana

Indiana lawmakers and businesses are pushing for an increase in the state’s cigarette taxes. The Raise It for Health Coalition held a rally at the Statehouse last week, launching a campaign to hike taxes on cigarettes. Bloomington Residents Counter KKK Rally

On Labor Day weekend, Rev. Forrest Gilmore drove to Madison, Indiana. Swastika Graffiti Precedes S. Indiana KKK Rally

More Nazi-related vandalism was discovered over the weekend – this time in New Albany. The two red, spray-painted swastikas and several upside-down crosses, were discovered earlier today. The graffiti is on the sign to the Azalea Hills retirement community, in Floyds Knobs. The vandalism comes after swastikas and iron crosses were found spray-painted behind a Carmel synagogue late last month. …
