IU Commencement Next Weekend

Next weekend is commencement for Indiana University campuses. As WFHB’s Kade Young reports, over 21,000 graduates will receive degrees next weekend. Indiana University Bloomington’s undergraduate commencement happens next Saturday at 10 a.m., in Memorial Stadium. Bill Would Require Civics Exam for High School Graduates Next Year

Senate Bill 132 requires graduating high school students to pass the civics test from the U.S. citizenship exam, in order to graduate. If passed, SB 132 would begin requiring students to pass the exam during the 2020-2021 school year.
