Senate Bill 132 requires graduating high school students to pass the civics test from the U.S. citizenship exam, in order to graduate. If passed, SB 132 would begin requiring students to pass the exam during the 2020-2021 school year. As WFHB Correspondent Jake Jacobson reports, the Republican-backed measure requires all students to pass the exam, with a score of 60 percent or greater.
