Walking Trail at RCA Park to Receive Reconstruction

The city of Bloomington is planning to rehabilitate the trail at RCA Park.

The Board of Park Commissioners approved contracting with Scenic Construction Services to demolish existing boardwalks and remove some trees to reconstruct the trail. The city also plans to create a new, east-west trail along Duke Energy utility easements, north of the park.

The Board of Park Commissioners also renewed its partnership with Centerstone for parks maintenance. The next meeting of the Bloomington Board of Park Commissioners is scheduled for April 23.
