Walking Trail at RCA Park to Receive Reconstruction

The city of Bloomington is planning to rehabilitate the trail at RCA Park. The Board of Park Commissioners approved contracting with Scenic Construction Services to demolish existing boardwalks and remove some trees to reconstruct the trail.
