Governor’s Infrastructure Plan Bypasses State’s Legislature

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb’s proposed $1 billion infrastructure plan did not seek input from the state’s legislature. According to the South Bend Journal Gazette, the Governor’s proposal to the Indiana Finance Authority largely bypassed legislators.
