Bloomington City officials are proposing a new ordinance to limit use of the city’s new armored vehicle. Commission Approves $34 Million for Switchyard Park

The Bloomington Redevelopment Commission approved spending $34 million to construct Switchyard Park, yesterday. The Bloomington Police Department captured a suspect in connection with an attempted murder investigation. Brandon Richardson is wanted for allegedly tying up his girlfriend, beating, stabbing and strangling her over a period of three days.
