On Friday morning, a Noblesville middle school joined 23 other schools which have experienced gun violence so far this year; The Federal Emergency Management Agency is opening five disaster relief centers across Indiana; Twenty-three Bloomington nonprofits stand to receive more than $300,000 in grants, collectively; The Bloomington Farmer’s Market is offering to double the dollars of people using food stamps; The Bloomington Police Department will continue to deploy officers to assist with traffic along the city’s Third and Second Street overpasses.
