Governor’s Infrastructure Plan Bypasses State’s Legislature

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb’s proposed $1 billion infrastructure plan did not seek input from the state’s legislature. According to the South Bend Journal Gazette, the Governor’s proposal to the Indiana Finance Authority largely bypassed legislators. The IFA is expected to pass the Governor’s infrastructure agenda this Thursday, according to the Associated Press. The infrastructure proposal would levy higher tolls on …
