Agreement Could Lead to Higher Pay for Jail Employees

The Monroe County Commissioners approved a one-year collective bargaining agreement with county jail staff yesterday. County Attorney Jeff Cockerill told Commissioners yesterday the agreement could eventually lead to pay increases for jail employees. I-69 Completion Moved Back, Again

The completion date for Interstate 69 has been pushed back due to recent rains. Monroe County Public Works Director Lisa Ridge gave the news in this morning’s County Commissioners’ meeting.
