Visual Artist Milton Knight

Play

He started drawing at the age of two and almost immediately knew that’s what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Milton Knight hated school and was discouraged by his parents from making comic books but he taught himself the rudiments of drawing and read, voraciously, about the great artists. He has drawn comics and done animation work for the biggest and most respected publications and TV and movie companies. He now lives in Bloomington and his solo exhibit, “Motion and Emotion,” is running through the end of the month at Artisan Alley’s Dimensions Gallery.

Host Michael Glab goes one-on-one with Bloomington’s most fascinating people every Thursday at 5:30pm. Tune in for a bonus feature, Big Talk Extra, every Monday on the Daily Local News at 5:00pm for added chat from the previous week’s show.
