Deke Hager filled in for WFHB Correspondent Abe Shapiro who reported on the highlights of last week’s oral arguments of the Indiana-based Supreme Court case Talevski V Marion, which involves an Indiana nursing home and its treatment of one of its residents. This week, we look at the oral arguments put forth by Marion County’s Health and Human Services attorney Lawrence Robbins during his turn in front of the justices.
