This week on Interchange, host Lisa-Marie Napoli interviews Charles Thomas about his work as Founder of My Brother’s Library Incorporated and Director of The Big Share (self-help apprenticeship rewards exchange) program. Thomas discussed his past experiences and how he gained inspiration and motivation for pursuing work to serve youth.  He highlighted new program ideas such as “clean the scene” and discussed the support needed for community members to unite around his larger vision of a 24 hour community center to nurture and support youth.
