Departments within the City of Bloomington administration are combining efforts to solicit needs and desires of local citizens to be considered for the creation of the local Growth Policies Document. Just like the Monroe County Comp Plan influences County Ordinances, the city’s Growth Policies Document will guide zoning laws within the city. Last night, Danise Alano Martin from the City Administration joined correspondent Ryan Dawes in the firehouse to discuss how this public input will help city planners make big decisions about how and where the city will expand, in this WFHB feature exclusive.
