Indiana voters were advised this week that some absentee ballots may be rejected by elections officials; City of Bloomington officials continue to examine the cost of repairing the Fourth Street garage versus reconstructing it; Monroe County officials have discovered the way they fund the annual county fair isn’t strictly legal.

FEATURE
City of Bloomington Public Works Director Adam Wason says international restrictions on recycling are being felt in local wallets. Wason says the city is in the process of renegotiating a recycling contract with Hoosier Disposal, which may cost the city more taxpayer dollars, due to international tariffs.

BETTER BEWARE
There are over 30 hate groups across Indiana, according to the Southern Poverty Law Center. The majority of which are white supremacist, including one in Bloomington Indiana. We’ll hear about protecting yourself and your neighbors from bigotry and hate.
