Paper ballots ran out at two precincts in Monroe County. One pollworker said they’ve been continuously printing and delivering ballots to voter precincts since this morning; Races in Indiana are likely to indicate whether or not a so-called ‘blue wave’ is breaking across the country; Yesterday, the Bloomington Redevelopment Commission approved leveraging one million dollars in TIF revenue to attract funding for local development projects; Monroe County may soon be collecting from its debtors by withholding their state income tax refunds; Tens of millions of dollars have been spent in political races across Indiana.
