FEATURE
WFHB News Director Wes Martin speaks with former EPA Administrator Janet McCabe. The IU Law School Professor talks about the Obama administration’s push for a Clean Power Plan, which would have increased regulations on coal fired power production, and was challenged in court by states, including Indiana. The EPA is now advancing a new Clean Power Plan, under President Donald Trump’s appointee, Scott Pruitt. McCabe says that new proposal could drive back regulations and cause massive environmental damage, if passed.
