The town of Story, Indiana is up for sale.
The historic town, located in southern Brown County, is going on the market for 3.8 million dollars. That’s according to a press release from the Story Inn’s proprietor, Rick Hofstetter.
The town of story, which encompasses over 17 acres, includes historic barns, outhouses, and buildings, dating back to the 1850s.
The Brown County Democrat reports Hofstetter and former Story Inn co-owner Frank Mueller purchased the town in 1999.
FC Tucker real estate Agent Chris Cockerham listed the town, last week.
