Transgender Day of Remembrance
TASC, a Bloomington Pride group, is hosting 2018’s Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDoR) which is observed on November 30th this year so that all permanent residents and IU students have a chance to attend. It is being held at Artisan Alley, 222 W 2nd St. Free parking exists around the building and in the Kroger parking lot across the street. There will be a presentation and light food and refreshments afterward. This is a memorial celebration of the lives of those we are aware of losing to violence since November 20th of last year. The event is free and open to the public, the subject matter may be upsetting to sensitive people.
