Gnocchi Drop-In Workshop

Gnocchi are pillowy Italian potato dumplings made of flour, potatoes and egg. They are boiled and then served with sauce such as tomato sauce or brown butter sage. Come on in anytime between 1 and 3 pm to make a few, taste and grab a recipe. This will be a hands-on, family friendly event.
