Gardening As Therapy

We’ll talk about general wellness and other health issues that can be improved upon while working outside and in the garden, from stress reduction to increased exercise. This workshop will introduce basic therapeutic aspects of gardening that you can use to make your time outside and day-to-day life more enjoyable.
