Fit to Fat in Five, a Presentation by Michelle Martin-Colman @ The Venue, 114 S Grant St, Bloomington

On Tuesday eve, January 31st, beginning at 5:30p.m. The Venue will host a presentation by Michelle Martin-Colman, a Safe & Civil Colleague Facilitator, on going “From Fit to Fat in Five, with someone who did it !!! Did it take you five weeks, five months, or five years to put on extra pounds you suddenly can’t get rid of? Come exchange stories and talk about how weird it feels to change so dramatically inside and outside, and most importantly “WHY”, and what you’ll do next for that self-loving month of February. This is an exploration, NOT a sales pitch. We’ll explore feelings, observations, and reasons why, in an atmosphere of agreed confidentiality, welcoming good spirits, with no inquiring press or photographers allowed.
Light refreshments will be provided and The Venues complete collection of art and gifts will be on display and available for purchase.
