Chalk Walk 2023 – 20th Anniversary !

It’s only a little more than 6 weeks away! Jasper Community Arts’ 20th annual Chalk Walk Arts Festival
will once again be held at the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center (located at 100 3 rd Ave. Jasper, IN 47546) on
Saturday, May 20th from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Chalk Walk 2023 will see the return of crowd favorites, such as tie-dye, balloon art, caricatures, eye-spy
scavenger hunt, and of course, CHALKING!
Participants are encouraged to register now on Jasper Community Arts’ website,
www.jasperarts.org/chalkwalk. Every pre-registered participant will receive a free 20 th Annual Chalk
Walk tshirt among other goodies in a Chalk Walk cinch bag complete with a 24 count box of sidewalk
chalk.
Registrants and their families are encouraged to park in the parking lot in the rear of the building along
east 4 th Street. Maps will be provided as activities will span most of the building – indoors and outdoors.

In the event of rain or inclimate weather, many Chalk Walk activities will be available inside the Thyen-
Clark Cultural Center on May 20 th . In this instance, bags will be available for pickup throughout the day
so registrants can feel free to chalk at home since there will be no rain date.
