Join a marine biologist to dive deeper into the science of WonderLab’s coral reef. These 30 minute talks feature hands-on exploration, tours of our coral reef aquarium, insight from an expert and time for questions. Each month explores a different topic in depth.

Yoga can be a relaxing and gentle way to take care of your body and build strength after
having a baby. This class gives you the freedom to exercise while taking care of and bonding
with your baby! Yoga sessions will be led by IU Health Bloomington Women and Children’s
Services nurses who are also yoga teachers. Stay afterward to chat with nurses and fellow
parents, or move to the Baby Space to play with your child.
Women with children who are not yet walking. (Pregnant women welcome, too!)
Your preschooler will enjoy stories, songs, and activities in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Free Play time follows the organized activities so that the children can play individually and interact with others while engaging in several activities. Preschool Discovery is generally held on the second Tuesday morning of each month.

Science Sprouts is a weekly science enrichment program designed especially for toddlers and their families. Toddlers are natural scientists, and Science Sprouts is a time for them to explore, experiment and build skills ranging from physical development to social emotional development. Science Sprouts activities are designed and facilitated by early childhood specialists and involve hands-on exploration, live music, body movement and a commitment to accurate science!
An afternoon of history, music, food and fun as we open the Monroe County Bicentennial year. Experiences will include the Presentation of the Colors by members of the Sons of the American Revolution, singing of the National Anthem by Rebecca Keith, historical perspectives by Cheryl Munson, Dr. James Madison, Charlotte Zeitlow, Senator Mark Stoops, and early county families, music by Entwyned and Grey Larsen and Cindy Kallett, and so much more! Jon has appeared on Comcast’s “Who’s Laughing Now?”, and won the 2011 Bob and Tom Comedy All Star Contest and the 2013 Bloomington Comedy Festival. He was selected as a featured performer for the Limestone, Arch City, and Let’s Fest comedy festivals and Cincinnati’s Brew Ha Ha. Jonas Schrodt is a veteran of the Bloomington comedy scene and current reigning champion of the Bloomington Comedy Festival. You’ve seen him at Limestone Comedy Festival, Brew Ha Ha and performing comedy all across the country as part of the Comedians of the Galaxy.

Riley Dismore is a comic based in Bloomington, IN. She got her start in Chicago doing improv and stand up and has toured around the midwest, Texas, and D.C.
MARK BOOKWALTER
Mark Bookwalter is a fast-rising talent in the Midwest comedy scene. Mark learned at an early age to use sarcasm and a sharp wit to combat being a nerdy poor kid with bullies and low self-esteem. Now an aging Gen-X’er and father of two he uses those skills to make light of life’s frustrations and make his way in the world without losing his mind. He performs regularly at The Comedy Attic in Bloomington, Indiana and was a quarterfinalist in Bloomington’s Funniest Person competition.
