An Indianapolis judge is ordering the governor’s office to turn over details about the 2016 Carrier jobs deal made by then President-elect Donald Trump. Rape and strangulation case sheds light on larger problem at IU

Indiana University Police are investigating a reported rape and strangulation case, on IU’s Bloomington campus. According to a crime notice sent out to students on Tuesday, an IU student reported she was raped and strangled by another IU student, last Thursday.
