664,000 Hoosiers have voted early as of Friday, setting a new record for the state’s early voting turnout. The previous record of 662,000 was set during the 2008 election. Nationwide, over 30 million Americans have voted, and early ballots are expected to be one-third of overall turnout this year. Indiana’s early voting period ran from October 12th to November 7th, the day before Election Day.
