A trade group representing gas stations in Indiana filed a federal lawsuit last week seeking the right to sell cold beer. The lawsuit targets the state government, including the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, which for decades has allowed only liquor stores to sell cold beer.Grocery and convenience stores can sell beer, but it has to be warm.
