Grassroots Group Opposes Proposed Coal Plant

After they found out that a coal-to-diesel plant is being planned to open in their town, residents of Dale, Indiana organized. They came together and founded the grassroots Southwestern Indiana Citizens for Quality of Life, with the help of the environmental advocacy organization Valley watch in Evansville.
