The U.S. Court of Appeals is considering Attorney General Curtis Hill’s request for a stay on the operations of a South Bend women’s health clinic. Tax Increase Under Consideration To Combat Overcrowded Monroe County Jails

The Indiana Sheriff’s Association proposed a tax rate increase to ease overcrowding of low-level felons in County Jails, last week.
