5,451 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Indiana on Monday, according to the Indiana State Department of Health. There were 84 newly reported deaths. Community Kitchen, Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, HH Food Bank Among Grant Recipients

The City of Bloomington plans to distribute $800,000 in Community Development Block Grant funds, this year.  The Community Kitchen, Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, and Hoosier Hills Food Bank are to receive $25,000 dollars each, for emergency needs; Monroe County United Ministries and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington are in line to receive non-emergency funds.  The city annually receives Community Development Block Grant …
