On March 29th, Akeem and Dominic of WFHB’s Youth Radio attended the final day of Rhett Skateboarding, Bloomington’s local skate shop since 2011. Youth Radio reporters were there to speak with skaters about what the space meant to them and explore how its absence will impact the local scene. We also sat down with owner Jonathan Prather to talk about the history of the shop and what’s next for him after closing day.
