As winter’s chill continues to grip Bloomington, Indiana, the city’s unhoused population faces its toughest days yet. Today, WFHB News takes a closer look at the impact of the cold on those without shelter and the community organizations working to provide help. We hear from individuals like Tammy and “Momma,” who share their experiences of living on the edge, and from local leaders fighting for lasting solutions to homelessness.
