The Monroe County Youth Services Bureau (YSB) and Building a Thriving Compassionate Community (BTCC) held their third annual Childhood Conditions Summit, on December 6. The summit brought together care-givers, service providers, community members, guardians, parents and children themselves to drive towards working across subjects and agencies. MC3, now in its third year, is meant to improve services and environments for children throughout Monroe County.
