IU Researchers ID Gene That Blocks Insect-Borne Pathogens

Researchers at Indiana University Bloomington have been able to identify a specific gene necessary to block insect-borne pathogens that transmit diseases like Dengue Fever, as well as the Zika and West Nile viruses.
