Bloomington Affordable Housing Project Breaks Ground Monday

South Central Indiana Housing Opportunities will break ground on a new affordable housing development, in Bloomington’s Switchyard Park, next week. Executive Director Deborah Myerson says Switchyard Apartments, located off of South Rogers Street is made possible by a 99-year land lease from the city of Bloomington.
