Opioid Crisis Bill, SUPPORT Act, Passes Congress

The SUPPORT Act, passed the US Senate 98 to 1 yesterday. Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly spoke on the senate floor promoting provisions to the opioid crisis legislation.
