Sean Reed Killed by Police in Indianapolis

A 21-year-old Black man was killed by police in Indianapolis on Wednesday. Sen. (D-IN) Joe Donnelly backtracked on his opposition to Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh, on Friday.
