On September 20th, hundreds of concerned citizens took to the streets of downtown Bloomington as part of a global Climate Strike. We’ll hear some of the strikers’ thoughts and fears in our weekly segment, Voices in the Street.

Outside the mayor’s office, strikers asked Hamilton for a 50 percent reduction in emissions citywide by the year 2040, and that a plan be developed for reaching net zero by 2040.
