‘Loanshark’ Lending Bill to be Heard in Committee

The Indiana House Committee on Financial Institutions will consider a bill tomorrow, allowing for higher interest rates on payday loans. Law Passes To Tackle Synthetic Drug Crisis in Indiana

Two years ago, 25 overdoses were reported in downtown Bloomington caused not by heroin nor prescription pills. The cause of the overdoses was synthetic marijuana called Spice, or K2.
